Would it be like saying, &quot;Do ya&#039;ll accept credit cards?&quot;

If the salesperson were a man, could I say, &quot;tiwesdaleh&quot;?  And &quot;tiwesdalesh&quot; for a woman?  Or would I use the formal second person?  (What would that be... &quot;tiwesdalu&quot; or maybe &quot;tiwesdalot&quot;...?)
